Barbara is the founder and President of Fisher Business Management, a consulting firm focused on bookkeeping and Controller-for-hire services. In 2012, Fisher was awarded #62 in "Oregon's Private 100 Fastest Growing Companies". Prior to founding Fisher Business in 2007, she was a business and operations manager at fast-growth firms for 15 years.
She currently serves on the Board for Full Life Foundation, and is an active member in Portland Rotary. In the past, she has served on the Boards for Planned Parenthood of Columbia Willamette, Sorella Forte, and the Winterhaven School PTSA. She graduated with a BA in Business from University of Oregon, and received her MBA from University of Phoenix in 2003. When not at work or volunteering, Barb is a focused single-parent for her 2 school aged sons and enjoys hiking, mushroom hunting, cycling, jogging, reading, puzzles and games.
Scott Rector is one of the Founders of UpLife and is currently Board Treasurer. He and his wife, Rachel Bloom, own Happy Cup Coffee and Full Life, a facility servicing developmentally disabled adults. He has a background in municipal civil rights law.
Kim McCulloch is UpLIfe's Board Vice President She has a sister with a developmental disability and is deeply committed to this issue. She works as _____ at Umpqua Bank and is an active member of the community serving on several nonprofit boards.
Cameo McGarver owns a group home for developmental disabled men and has a son with autism. She is deeply committed to ensuring that adults with developmental disabilities are supported to live their best lives.
Jenn Paauwe-Riffe is UpLife's Board Secretary. She owns the human resources consulting company Coach and Thrive.
